REFUND POLICY

Refunds for camps will be made in accordance with the schedule below:

Up to March 31st - $200 Admin Fee for overnight night  $100 Admin Fee day camp
After March 31st - no refund available.


Credit can be obtained for the full amount of the refund to use towards another program if the guidelines are met, and the program date is within the same calendar year.

Power4Teens reserves the right to grant exceptions to the stated policy in situations including, but not limited to, illness and death in the immediate family.

No Refunds for Partial Camp Attendance or Illness:

We do not give refunds or credits when someone chooses to leave camp part way through, whether due to illness or any other reason.  Virtually all of our expenses are incurred before the start of the camp week.  

By all means, contact us!  We're not heartless.  We may ask for some kind of documentation and explanation, and we'll be more flexible if we hear from you sooner rather than later.  We'll consider all situations individually.

Complete the form online and save it 

Forward the saved form by email to charlie@power4teens.ca 

I will reply with an invoice for you to make a payment or you can make it immediately by etransfer to charlie@power4teens.ca with password power4teens or by a cheque sent to 95 Mayfield Avenue, Toronto, M6S 1K7 payable to power4teens.


When we have received your application and payment we will email you to confirm your space. Please contact us if you do not hear from us within 24 hours of sending the registration and payment.  Full payment is due at the time of registration unless you contact by email about making a deposit for your camp session or paying in instalments.


Some of our camps are full or nearly full so please contact us as soon as you can to confirm your spot and avoid disappointment.
